In a small early trial, a personalized RNA vaccine has delivered striking results against triple-negative breast cancer, one of the most aggressive and treatment-resistant forms of the disease. Among 14 women who received the vaccine, 11 remain cancer-free six years later. The approach trains the immune system to recognize tumor-specific markers, opening a new path for long-term protection.
