Cameroon’s Faro National Park is witnessing a remarkable resurgence, with 34 mammal species identified, from elephants to critically endangered leopards. Conservation work is helping restore balance in one of Central Africa’s most biodiverse landscapes.

From 2027, the generic injectable drug lenacapavir will be available for just $40 a year in over 100 low- and middle-income countries. Proven to reduce HIV transmission risk by more than 99.9%, it marks a major step in global public health and access to life-saving medicine.
