Vattenfall finds second uses for retired wind turbine blades

After banning turbine blades and nacelle covers from landfill in 2021, Vattenfall is testing lower-waste uses for retired components, from a tiny house made from a nacelle to car park facades and skis made from blade fibers. The projects are not yet scalable, but they propose circular options as more wind farms age.
