Everbloom turns discarded feathers and wool into new fabric

DESIGNBOOM

Startup Everbloom collects protein waste — discarded down, wool, and cashmere — and converts it into garment-ready fibers using an AI model called Braid. The system sorts inputs by source and composition and creates pellets that can be used with the melt-spinning machines already in use in textile factories, cutting development time from months to weeks.
